Weekly Studio Update + Enjoying the New Teaching Space

After two weeks of face-to-face lessons the new teaching space has well and truly been tested, and I think the general consensus in that it's a step up from the previous studio. I'm loving the new layout and finding it easy to switch between in-person and online lessons throughout the day.

I've also invested in a new iPad - the largest one they make - to make digital note-taking as easy as possible. For those of you who currently receive your lesson notes over email, I'd highly recommend that you set up an Evernote account as this is how I take and share my notes with most of my students. It'll put an end to lost email attachments once and for all! A free account is all that's required, just ignore their prompts about upgrading to premium.
I appreciate everyone's diligence in using hand sanitiser before your lesson, and a reminder that it's recommended that you also sanitise after the lesson is done.

3. LOGIC SESSION BREAKDOWN: "All I Need (with Mahalia & Ty Dolla $ign)" - Jacob Collier runs us through his 600+ track Logic Pro (recording software) session for his latest song.
4. Jacob Collier – All I Need (with Mahalia & Ty Dolla $ign) – Jimmy Kimmel Live 2020 - here's the aforementioned song performed 'live'.
5. Why Musicians Love Jacob Collier - Charles Cornell completes the trinity of Jacob Collier videos for this week!
6. Papa Roach - Last Resort But It's Rock Your Body By Justin Timberlake - for those of you who love early '00s pop, this abomination of a mash-up somehow works really well!
